Read the rental conditionsA standard category B car licence held for more than 2 years is enough: all our vehicles weigh 3,500 kg or less. The renter and every driver must be at least 25 years old.
VAT, 350 km per night, fully comprehensive insurance and roadside assistance. The insurance has an excess per claim, shown on each vehicle when you book. If you drive further, each extra kilometre costs 0,30 € plus VAT.
Yes, 800 € by credit card when you pick up the vehicle. It's returned from 48 working hours after you bring the vehicle back, once it has been checked. It isn't the insurance excess: that's the most you'd pay if there's a claim, it depends on each vehicle and you'll find it on its page.
Online, when you book: you pay 30 % of the total (or all of it, if you prefer) and it's confirmed straight away; you'll get it by email. The rest is paid no later than 7 days before the trip starts (if you book 7 days or less in advance, you pay it all when booking).
You can change the dates once, with at least 15 days' notice, for a fee. If you cancel, a percentage of the rental is charged that grows as the pick-up date gets closer. The details are in the rental conditions.
Yes, dogs are welcome as long as you tell us beforehand and we approve it; depending on the vehicle there may be a supplement. Smoking isn't allowed in any vehicle.
With a full diesel tank, as clean inside and out as when you got it, and with the grey water and toilet tanks emptied.
Yes. You can drive in most of Europe (Portugal, France, Italy, Germany…); the full list of countries is in the rental conditions. For any other destination you need our permission.
